What an awesome pick-me-up! Thanks to the Chia seeds this smoothie gives me lasting and sustainable energy throughout the day.
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Blackberries
3 TBS Chia Seeds
1 Banana
3/4 Cup fresh squeezed orange/pineapple juice
Toss into your blender and enjoy. This makes 2 smoothies. Or one now and one for tomorrow 🙂 And this recipe is vegan and gluten-free. Obvs.
