This is the perfect pick me up with good fats, vitamins and minerals. Instead of putting yogurt or milk in, like I do with most of my smoothies, I only added water, but also Coconut Oil. I wanted a little something extra with good fats while adding a little sweetness.
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup H2O
4 Ice cubes
Toss all this into your blender and in, oh, about 30 seconds you will have some heavenly bliss. Yummm.
