Tomato Carrot Celery Spinach Kale and Pepper Juice

So refreshing and so healthy! This juice is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals to jump start your day or as a pick-me-up afternoon snack.

2 Tomatoes
4 Carrots
3 Celery Stalks
1 Yellow Pepper – any color will do, I just happen to have yellow
Handful of Spinach
2 Handfuls of Kale

Toss this all into your juicer and you’re good to go. This makes 2 juices, so you can share. Or not…

As for what type of juicer I use: I use the Omega 8006 and it’s a bad ass. Seriously.
