1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1 Cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice / Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
3 TBS Chia Seeds
2 Handfuls of Kale
I let the Chia Seeds soak in the orange juice for about 10 minutes, then I toss everything into the blender.
This makes 2 smoothies. Or one for now an done for later.
