1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
3 TSP of Chia Seeds
6 Ice Cubes
1/3 Cup Vanilla Brown Cow Yogurt
1/3 Cup H2O
Soak the Chia Seeds in the H20 for about 10 minutes, then add everything to your blender and hit “play.” This makes 2 servings.
