As I said in an earlier post, I don’t like broccoli stalks but I hate to waste them. Toss ’em in a juice and you can’t taste (barely) the broccoli-ness that it is.

4 Carrots
3 Celery
1 Apple
1 Cucumber
1/2 Broccoli Stalk
1 Tomato

The apple in the juice with the carrots makes it on the sweeter side. However the celery being so bitter kinda knocks that out. This juice is super refreshing and it pumps your body full of Vitamin A, B, C, E , K and has plenty of Calcium, Folic Acid, Potassium, Thiamine, Phosphorus, Magnesium and other nutrients while still having loads of fiber. This juice also is enough for 2.
