Need something sweet yet healthy for your body? Try out this smoothie recipe. It has antioxidants, vitamins and loads of potassium with a hint of sweetness to help with your sweet-tooth craving.

1 Cup Blackberries
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Banana
1 Cup organic whole milk

Toss this stuff into your blender and blend away. This makes 2 big smoothies or if it’s just you, one for now and one for later.
