Banana Bread, Not Heathly but Not Bad Either

I know, this is SO not healthy, but you know, whatevs. This stuff is too good to pass up.  I tried using the best ingredients I could find, so there.  I’m being healthy.  Enjoy!

1 Cup raw organic sugar
1/3 organic butter
2 eggs — which I get from my local farmer 🙂
1.5 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 Cup H2O
1 and 2/3 cups of flour — I use all purpose
.5 TSP Himalayan Crystal Salt
.25 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP baking soda
.75 Cup chopped raw organic pistachios

Heat up your oven box to, oh about 350 degrees and grease the bottom of your pan.  I used a little bit of coconut oil. Mix the sugs and butter in a bowl.  Add in the eggs until completely blended.  Toss in the bananas and then the H2O.  Mix in everything else but the nuts; with those I would wait till last.  I used an 9 x 9 pan to pour all my messy goo in and then baked for 40 minutes.  Of course, continue to check on it.  Let it cool for 10 minutes and then dig in.
