Chicken Marsala Dinner Dish

Chicken Marsala always surprises me with how tasty it is.  I know I like this particular dish, but still, every time I cook this and take my first bite I wonder why I don’t make this more often.  So, here you go!

1 Pound Chicken
6 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tsp Himalayan Crystal Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper

Mix these ingredients together and completely cover the chicken on all sides.  Brown the chicken on med-high heat on your stove top and when cooked put in oven on low heat (to keep warm).  Then —

2 Tbsp butter
16 oz mushroom
1 Cup Marsala Wine
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1.25 Cup of Organic Vegetable Broth
1 Tsp parsley

Sautee the mushrooms and butter until the mushrooms are fully cooked and then add other liquids and let simmer until it thickens until desired consistency.  And what is the desired thickness??  Keep it still fairly watery.  Serve this liquid over the chicken and toss on the parsley.  Add some veggies on the side for a full healthy, yummy meal.
