I had some random items sitting in my fridge that I needed to use up or they would go bad. That’s one of the benefits of juicing. Yes, I like having all these wonderful nutrients in a pint glass form, but it also comes in handy when you neglect your fruits and veggies for a while too.
4 Apples
3 Handfuls of Swiss Chard
4 Tall Celery stalks
1 inch of ginger
Chop up all these goodies and drop them in your juicer. The sweetness of the apples completely cover the taste of celery and swiss chard, and the gingerpacks a punch of energy to start your day. This makes 2 juices or one insanely large one. Enjoy!
