Don’t let the title fool you, this smoothie tastes AWESOME. And it has a power punch of good fats, plenty of vitamins and minerals, and it gives you energy lasting throughout the day. I particularly love drinking this smoothie after a long jog with my mutt, but my girlfriend likes to drink it for breakfast.
1 Banana
1 Cup Organic MilkĀ (I use raw milk– so creamy!)
Handful of Organic Spinach
Handful of ice
Teaspoon of Organic Peanut Butter
Teaspoon of Organic Shredded Coconut
Toss all this junk into your blender and blend away. You won’t even taste the spinach, I swear.
