1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries 3 TSP of Chia Seeds 6 Ice Cubes 1/3 Cup Vanilla Brown Cow Yogurt 1/3 Cup H2O Soak the Chia Seeds in the H20 for about 10 minutes, then add everything to your blender and hit “play.” This makes 2 servings.

2 Cups Raw Milk 2 Tbsp Maca Powder 2 Tsp Agave Syrup 1/3 Cup Organic Shredded Coconut 2 Tsp Organic Cocoa Powder Toss into blender and use the stir/low setting. No need to use the high button or to purify. This will make 2 servings. Tell your friends, “You’re welcome.”
