Mmmm, this vegan smoothie is delicious. It’s packed with vitamins and nutrients and it makes a great way to start your day, or a pick-me-up afternoon snack. And, with some Chia Seeds added in the mix, you can get some much needed proteins.

3 Oranges
1 Banana
2 TSP of Chia Seeds
handful of cut up Pineapple
handful of ice

Blackberry Blueberry Chia Seed and Yogurt Smoothie

1 Cup Frozen Blackberries
1 Cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice / Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
3 TBS Chia Seeds
2 Handfuls of Kale

I let the Chia Seeds soak in the orange juice for about 10 minutes, then I toss everything into the blender.

This makes 2 smoothies. Or one for now an done for later.

What an awesome pick-me-up! Thanks to the Chia seeds this smoothie gives me lasting and sustainable energy throughout the day.

1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Blackberries
3 TBS Chia Seeds
1 Banana
3/4 Cup fresh squeezed orange/pineapple juice

Toss into your blender and enjoy. This makes 2 smoothies. Or one now and one for tomorrow 🙂 And this recipe is vegan and gluten-free. Obvs.

Blueberry Orange and Pineapple Smoothie

1 Cup Blueberries
1 Orange
1/2 Cup Pineapple
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt — try the Brown Cow kind, yummm.

Toss this funky junk into your blender and blend away! In about 20 seconds you’ll have an awesome smoothie packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. This particular recipe makes one large one or 2 smaller ones. So double up if you’ve gotta share 😉

Oh, and with this particular yogurt — it’s gluten-free, so gluten resistors, enjoy!

Try this little tasty treat for a jump start to your morning or as a pick-me-up snack in the afternoon.

2 Oranges
1 Clemetine
1/2 Cup Blackberries
1 Cup Pinepple
1/2 Cup Plain Brown Cow Yogurt

Toss this deliciousness into your blender and hit play. This makes 2 fairly large smoothies. My roomie says it’s fun to share 😉

This smoothie is a just delicious. Berries are oh, so good for you and nothing beats a fruit smoothie on a warm day. This smoothie packs a punch of health nuggets such as: Vitamin A, Vitamin B1 and B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Vitamin E. Minerals include Manganese, Potassium, Copper and more. And don’t forget antioxidants. This smoothie brings you plenty of those.

Berries are on the expensive side and I would love to say that I only buy the fresh and organic kind. But I can’t afford the organic ones.

1 Cup chopped Pineapple
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

Blend away, my friends! Quick, easy and it takes like 2 minutes. The best thing about using coconut milk is it makes the smoothie so creamy.  And you get good fats in your body too 🙂

Nothing beats an ice cold smoothie on a hot day! Since I live in Green Bay, the hot day I’m referring to is in the 60’s 🙂 All my Florida friends can kiss it.

Anyway, here’s the goods —

2 Cups chopped Pineapple
1/2 Cup Blueberries
3/4 Cup Blackberries
3/4 Cup Organic Whole Milk — MMmmmmm, whole milk.
1 Orange

Toss all the funky junk into your blender and blend away, my friends.

Pineapple Blueberry Orange Smoothie

This smoothie tastes great and I put in some raw egg for added protein. You, of course, can leave that out, it’s just something I like to do. Also, I only use organic farm raised eggs. I’m lucky enough to have an egg lady that I can get fresh ones from but you can also find organic farm raised brands in the supermarket. I know Milos Organic Eggs are a good one to use.

1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Organic Farm Raised Eggs
1 Cup frozen Blueberries
1 Orange
