Beets are not my favorite veggies. At all. Not even close. Buuuut, if I juice ‘em then they’re not so bad. And beets are actually very healthy for you. Beets are loaded with Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C. Beets are also a great source of calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus and iron. Celery is full of Vitamins A, B and C with rich amounts of calcium and magnesium. The Red Pepper gives you high levels of Vitamin A, C and E. Moving on down the Zevia line we tried the Lemon Lime Twist one. Back in the day I used to be a Sprite fan and since I don’t like drinking sodas full of funky junk I never get a change to drink my lemon lime soda.
