
Here is a quick and simple juicing recipe that’s a little on the sweet side. So if you’re not a fan of beets like me, then I would for sure try this one out.
2 Beets
4 Medium sized Carrots
1 Cucumber
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Orange Pepper
I would use all of the pepper but my mangy mutt loooooves them so much that I simply must share.

I’m on this new kick of eating plain yogurt, but was hard for me to find a decent brand. Until now. Beets are not my favorite veggies. At all. Not even close. Buuuut, if I juice ‘em then they’re not so bad. And beets are actually very healthy for you. Beets are loaded with Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C. Beets are also a great source of calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus and iron. Celery is full of Vitamins A, B and C with rich amounts of calcium and magnesium. The Red Pepper gives you high levels of Vitamin A, C and E. Moving on down the Zevia line we tried the Lemon Lime Twist one.
