I tried this new organic Cabernet Sauvignon and it was excellent. So, I looked upon the bottle to see what vineyard it was from. This Natura Cab Sav is born and raised in the Emiliana vineyard and made with organic grapes. What I also found was another bottle of wine in my arsenal with a different name but born and raised in the same Emiliana vineyard family. Malbec wines make my mouth water.  The first time I tried a Malbec I thought it was a blend of wines.  I didn’t really know anything about them.  I just knew it tasted so smooth and rich in flavor without the bitter dryness.  Malbec wine is kind of a hybrid of a Cab Sav and a Merlot.  The blend of grapes gives it that plum-y flavor.  I haven’t found too many Malbec organic wines so when I stumbled upon Ventura Malbec 2007 in the organic section I jumped up and down with joy was excited.
