Raw Revolution Bars are tasty. More than tasty. They fill up my belly a little and quench my need for sugar. I heart sugar, and I will totally swear to you that my body actually needs it. But that doesn’t mean I want to stuff my face full of Little Debbies. I used to, though, before I began reading about the food I was putting into my mouth. I used to loooove the Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie snacks. Let’s just do a little comparison of the ingredients for that and then the Raw Revolution Cashew & Agave Nectar Bar, shall we?

Jiminy Crickets that’s quite a lot of ingredients. And pretty nasty ones at that. The ones that I have bolded are MSG ingredients that I really try to avoid.
