Mmmm, this vegan smoothie is delicious. It’s packed with vitamins and nutrients and it makes a great way to start your day, or a pick-me-up afternoon snack. And, with some Chia Seeds added in the mix, you can get some much needed proteins.

3 Oranges
1 Banana
2 TSP of Chia Seeds
handful of cut up Pineapple
handful of ice
