Juicing my Veggies…Again

Man, oh man, I seriously can’t get over my juicer.  I simply love love love creating my own juices.  This one is full of veggies AND it tastes awesome.  This vegetable blend contains Vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K followed by Potassium, Iron, Folic Acid, Antioxidants, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, you get the point?  Good.  On to the recipe then!

3 Medium carrots
Handful of spinach
2 Celery stalks
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Red pepper — You can use green or orange or any color you like best.
3 Tomatoes
Pinch o’ salt and pepper — Just a little to enhance the flavor, you can skip this, no problem.

What makes this blend truly great is that not one vegetable sticks out.  I don’t like celery, just not a fan.  But it works in this juice because the tomato and carrots cover up the taste.  So I get the nutrients just not the flavor.  Score one for me.

Remember this juice and all my other juices makes two.  One for me and one to share.  If it’s just for you, you might want to try and cut the recipe in half… or put it in an airtight container and save for the next day.
