Ummm, so this organic smoothie is one with a super strong taste thanks to the arugula. However, I find it quite pleasing. For something on the more mild side, check out this smoothie recipe here.

1/2 Cup Brown Cow Plain Yogurt
1 TSP Organic Peanut Butter
1 TSP Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Organic Milk
1 Banana
Handful of Organic Arugula
4 Ice Cubes
Whip this up, and voila! You’ll have a super packed nutritional smoothie, perfect for jump starting your day or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

Don’t let the title fool you, this smoothie tastes AWESOME. And it has a power punch of good fats, plenty of vitamins and minerals, and it gives you energy lasting throughout the day. I particularly love drinking this smoothie after a long jog with my mutt, but my girlfriend likes to drink it for breakfast.

1 Banana

I had some random items sitting in my fridge that I needed to use up or they would go bad. That’s one of the benefits of juicing. Yes, I like having all these wonderful nutrients in a pint glass form, but it also comes in handy when you neglect your fruits and veggies for a while too.

Hearty Smoothie Delight with Berries, Almond Butter, and Chocolate

3 ounces of frozen blueberries
3 ounces of blackberries
1 cup yogurt
┬╝ cup almond butter
2 Tbsp dark chocolate
2 Tbsp whole milk

Add ingredients to blender and process. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
