Talk about a power punch of nutrients! In this smoothie you’ve got Vitamin A, B, C and E, loads of Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Folic Acid, Antioxidants and Omega-3. Nice, right? But doe sit taste good? Hells yeah. And it’s super easy to whip up.

1 Cup Forzen Blueberries
1 Orange
1 Banana
2 Handfuls of Organic Kale
2 TBS of Chia Seeds
Keep it this way for a vegan smoothie delight or add a few spoonfuls of plain yogurt to add some smoothness. Truthfully, this smoothie will taste great either way. So it’s up to you.
