This is a light and summery dish that has a great flavor and utilizes garden fresh produce. It’s also super quick to put together and the lemon dressing mixes deliciously with the quinoa and other flavors.
1/2 cup uncooked organic quinoa rinsed and drained
1 cup water

Ladies and Gentlemen, allow me to introduce the wine winner of the “Wine of the Week” from the Santa Rosa Press Democrat. This award was based upon a blind taste test of 10 other organic red wines.
